74HC74N Dual D Flip-Flop

The 74HC74N is a dual D-type flip-flop with independent data (D), clock (CP), set (SD), and reset (RD) inputs, and complementary Q and Q̅ outputs. On the rising edge of the clock, the data at the D input is transferred to the Q output. The asynchronous set and reset override all other inputs.
