How to Return a Product

Go to Your Orders in your account
Select the order then choose Return / Exchange
Select the product you want to return and choose the reason for return from the list
Choose how you would like to process your return
Exchange
Refund
Select your preferred return method
Print the shipping label and return instructions if applicable
Pack the product securely and attach the return label to the package
Deliver the shipment using the return method you selected

How to Cancel a Return

Go to Your Orders
Select the product you requested to return
Tap View Return/Refund Status
Choose Manage Return then select Cancel Return

Important Notes

Each shipping label is linked to only one return request. Do not place products from different orders in the same box
Ensure the product is securely packaged before shipping
You can track the status of your return or refund through your Orders page
Return all accessories that came with the device
Remove passwords or security locks
Delete all personal data from electronic devices
