Return

To return an item you ordered, go to Your Orders and view your recent orders. Select the order, then choose Return or Replace Items. Select the product you want to return and choose the reason for return from the menu. Choose how you would like your return to be processed, then select your preferred return method. Print your return label and return authorization if applicable.

To cancel a return request, go to Your Orders and select the item you want to cancel. Choose View Return/Refund Status, click Manage Return, and then select Cancel Return.

Each return label is assigned to a single return request, so do not place items from multiple orders in the same box. Attach your return label if applicable and package your items securely following the instructions provided when you requested the return.

You can track the status of your return or refund in Your Orders by selecting View Return/Refund Status next to the relevant order.
